This Returns and Cancellations Policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return products, and request a refund when purchasing from www.latifyahiaofficial.com.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

2. HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

3. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
If the order has already been processed, packed, personalised, customised, made-to-order, or dispatched, different terms may apply.
4. RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
If your order has already been delivered and you wish to cancel or return it, you must return the product to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Returned products must be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- undamaged;
- clean;
- in original condition;
- with all tags, labels, accessories, authenticity materials, garment bags, boxes, packaging, and protective materials included.
Luxury packaging is considered part of the product presentation and should be returned with reasonable care.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
We are not responsible for returned products that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered in transit.
6. REFUNDS
Where a valid return is accepted, we will refund the amount due using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving evidence that the product has been returned, whichever is earlier.
We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the returned product.
Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Any additional cost chosen by the customer for premium, express, insured, or special delivery may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery amount, where permitted by law.
7. DEDUCTIONS FROM REFUNDS
We may make a deduction from any refund where the value of the product has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- signs of wear;
- stains, marks, odours, or damage;
- missing packaging;
- missing labels, tags, accessories, or authenticity materials;
- damage to presentation boxes or luxury packaging;
- alteration or misuse;
- damage caused by unsuitable return packaging.
8. PRODUCTS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED
The right to cancel or return may not apply to certain products, including:
- personalised products;
- customised products;
- made-to-order products;
- products altered to customer specification;
- sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- fragrance or grooming products that have been opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or unsealed;
- gift cards or digital products, where applicable;
- products clearly stated at the time of purchase to be non-returnable, where permitted by law.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
9. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@latifyahiaofficial.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- a description of the issue;
- confirmation of whether the parcel appeared damaged on delivery.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable consumer law.
This may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
10. INSPECTION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
All returned products are subject to inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce a refund where the product does not meet the return conditions set out in this policy, unless the product is faulty or your statutory rights apply.
11. EXCHANGES
We may offer exchanges at our discretion, subject to stock availability.
If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund or other appropriate resolution.
12. SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

13. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs documentation, duties, taxes, and clearance charges unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We are not responsible for customs delays or charges caused by incorrect return documentation.
