This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through www.latifyahiaofficial.com are processed, dispatched, and delivered.

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.


Processing times may vary depending on product availability, launch period, order volume, stock allocation, quality control, packaging requirements, and courier collection schedules.


Where products are available from stock, we aim to process orders within a reasonable timeframe.


Where products are offered on a pre-order, waitlist, private allocation, or limited release basis, estimated dispatch dates will be provided where possible.


2. PRE-ORDERS AND LAUNCH PRODUCTS


Certain Latif Yahia products may be offered before they are immediately available for dispatch.


Where a product is sold on a pre-order basis, any estimated dispatch or delivery date is an estimate only and may be subject to change.


Pre-order timelines may be affected by manufacturing schedules, handmade production, supplier timelines, customs, quality control, packaging production, courier capacity, or other factors outside our reasonable control.


We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material delays.


3. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS


We may offer delivery within Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations.


Available delivery destinations will be shown at checkout where online ordering is available.


We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain countries, regions, or addresses.


4. DELIVERY CHARGES


Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before checkout.


Delivery charges may vary depending on:

5. DELIVERY TIMES

6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

If an international order is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect delivery information, or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct any courier fees, customs charges, return costs, handling costs, or other losses from any refund due, where permitted by law.


7. DELIVERY ADDRESS


Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable address details at the time of order.


We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay, loss, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading delivery information.


If you notice an error in your delivery address, you must contact us immediately at info@latifyahiaofficial.com.


We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or dispatched.


8. FAILED DELIVERY OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS


If a delivery attempt fails or a parcel is made available for collection, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions.


If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, customs charges were unpaid, or the delivery address was incorrect, we may deduct reasonable costs incurred from any refund due, where permitted by law.


Additional delivery charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.


9. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS


If your parcel appears to be lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@latifyahiaofficial.com.


Please include:


- your order number;

- delivery address;

- courier tracking information, if available;

- photographs of any damaged packaging or product;

- a description of the issue.


We may need to investigate with the courier before confirming the appropriate resolution.


10. INSPECTION ON DELIVERY

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of receipt.


Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate with the courier, but it does not affect your statutory rights.


11. RISK AND OWNERSHIP


Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address provided by you.


Ownership of the products passes to you only once full payment has been received by us.
